
My approach to quieting the mind; whether it’s my own mind or yours; is fluid yet somewhat structured. The journey of fear-shedding is not linear. We have to join in and work with it, not forcefully shape it.
There are some tools that I tend to use to revitalize the state of the mind that is peacefully fearless. Such tools may include the Inner Body Awareness Meditation, Gentle Body Movements, Talks in Presence, Nature-walk, Senses as Doorways to Presence, Reading and Journaling.

Also, please note that although I am a licensed Psychotherapist in the State of California, my function will not be in the capacity as a psychotherapist. I consider myself a teacher and a student of presence.
