Learning how to live with fears without fearing, is the purpose of life.

Let's Begin

WELCOME TO THE EMPTY CHALICE

This is a space to face the fear that is at the root of your unease in life. You may say, I'm not afraid of anything, I'm just unhappy, sad, or anxious. If you look deep enough though, you will find some sort of fear behind it all. Fear of losing something that you already have, or fear of not gaining something that you ought to have.

That something, can be big or small, life-threatening or benign. The fear morphs into thousand thoughts and is camouflaged by all sorts of behaviors. But at the core of the discontent and despair is a loop of fearful thoughts.

You can, and only YOU can, set yourself free from its grip by recognizing the futility of it. It is a simple yet not so easy endeavor. But it is well worth the journey to travel through.

Once you realize what YOU think defines you, does not define you, a powerful yet gentle inner peace will arise. You will see your authentic and free self, shining through into this world. Fearful thoughts will still show up here and there. That is what mind-made fear does. But that does not rule your life anymore because you choose to let the fear pass through. There will be no space for unnecessary thoughts and suffering.

If you need a helping hand on this journey, please reach out about how I can support.
With Gratitude, Negah.

ABOUT ME

For many years I had a book on my nightstand. I could not get myself to read it because I thought the title was “cheesy”. But I also could not get myself to store it somewhere else. That book even relocated with me from Chicago to Doha and then to California.
